We’re huge advocates of staying hydrated and sometimes we get bored of having water all the time. We don’t talk about it much, but we both love iced tea!

Drinking iced tea is a great way to stay hydrated plus you’ll get some added benefits like antioxidants and polyphenols. A super common drink is iced green tea with lemon.
An easy tea recipe is to add some lemon and strawberry slices to your favorite iced tea. For this tea recipe, we brewed 2 cups of green tea. We let it cool before adding anything else.
This strawberry lemon tea would also taste good if you added ginger!

- First brew 2 cups of your favorite green tea. Let it cool.

- Add a few drops of stevia extract if you prefer it on the sweeter side

Iced Strawberry Lemon Tea Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups unsweetened green tea brewed and cooled
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 2 large strawberries thinly sliced
- 2 lemon wedges
- Liquid stevia to taste if desired
Instructions
- Mix together all ingredients in 2 individual glasses.
- Taste and add stevia if desired.
- Serve.
