Usually a mojito is made with rum. If you don’t have any rum on hand, you can substitute any clear liquor. It just won’t have a traditional mojito taste.

How many carbs are in blackberries?
Blackberries have 9.6g of carbs and 4.2g of net carbs per 100 grams. If you want to change up the flavor of this low carb cocktail or mocktail, choose one of these low carb fruits.

- 12 drops liquid stevia
- ¾ cup sparkling water
- 1 sprig mint
- ¼ cup blackberries
- ½ cup crushed ice
- Add the lime juice, stevia, and sparkling water to a glass and gently stir.
- Add the mint sprig, blackberries, and ice.
- Serve immediately.
