Keto Sangria Mocktail Recipe. This simple faux red sangria recipe is slightly sweet and refreshing. It’s the perfect fruity Summery drink!
I can remember the first time I had sangria. It was at The Garlic in New Smyrna Beach with one of my best fiends.
This was back in my Publix days and the restaurant was right across the street. Every Tuesday was lady’s night at the bar where drinks and food were half off.
What better way to try a drink for the first time than half off in case I didn’t like it right?!
So I have to admit we didn’t have just 1 glass of sangria LOL. Since that day sangria has been one of my favorite alcoholic beverages.
Our keto sangria mocktail recipe is fruity and refreshing. It’s a perfect way to cool down on a hot summer day. It’s also great to whip up a big batch to serve at a baby shower or a gender reveal party.
Traditional Sangria is made with the following
- Dry Spanish Wine
- Rum or Brandy
- Orange juice
Unfortunately sangria isn’t the most keto friendly drink. A traditional glass of red sangria has around 20g of carbohydrates and 15g of that coming in the form of sugar.
This fruity drink mimics the flavors with much fewer carbs and no alcohol so it’s great for the whole family. It tastes like fruit punch!
Our low carb sangria recipe has just a fraction of that. It contains 7g of carbohydrates and 1 g of fiber for 6g net carbs.
Pro Tip: If you want to make this an adult boozy drink, add some brandy or rum and some dry red wine. We recommend using a dry red, such as a cabernet sauvignon, pinot noir, or merlot. If you decide to use a sweet white wine, you can also dilute it with water to lower the carbs.
Keto Sangria Recipe Ingredients
- tart cherry juice
- liquid stevia
- orange slice
- small plum
- fresh cherry
How to Make Keto Sangria
First, add the water, tart cherry juice, and liquid stevia to a glass and stir to combine. Then, add the orange slice, plum slices, blackberries, and ice. Finally place the cherry on top and enjoy.

- 10 drops stevia
- 1 slice orange
- 1/4 plum sliced
- 4 blackberries
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 cherry
- Add the water, tart cherry juice, and liquid stevia to a glass and stir to combine.
- Add the orange slice, plum slices, blackberries, and ice.
- Place the cherry on top and serve.
