This drool worthy homemade keto pimento cheese dip is one of Lara’s favorite recipes. She grew up eating store bought pimento cheese all the time.

Easy Pimento Cheese Dip
Ingredients
- 3 cups pimento cheese
- 1 scallion green and white parts, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400F.
- Spread the pimento cheese evenly into a 1-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle the scallion on top.
- Bake until warm and bubbling, about 15 minutes, and then broil to brown the top (stay with it,
- this happens fast!).
- Serve warm.
