Next, top the pizza sauce with just a little less than a cup of mozzarella cheese.
Then, add pepperoni, minced red onion, minced green bell peppers, banana peppers, and about 2 tablespoons of mozzarella cheese.
Next, bake until the cheese is melted, bubbling, and turning golden along the outside, about 15 minutes. Last, remove from the oven and serve your keto pizza dip warm!
PRO TIP: Make sure you are using a no sugar added pizza sauce like Rao’s Pizza sauce or Yo Mama’s Keto Friendly Marinara sauce

How to eat pizza dip
Pizza dip is the perfect snack dip to scoop crunchy, savory snacks into and enjoy with a crowd or just solo! Either set this pepperoni pizza dip out on the counter or coffee table and serve or spoon individual servings onto plates or bowls. Scoop the cheesy, saucy goodness with your favorite low carb snacks to keep this dish keto!
This pizza dip recipe is usually served as an appetizer, but can even be served as an entree, as it’s similar to a casserole! I mean, it has pizza in the name.. who doesn’t want that as an entree?
Can you freeze pizza dip?
If you find that you have some extra pizza dip, the leftovers can be stored in the freezer for about 3 months. The quality of your pizza dip may not be as good as when it was fresh, so we recommend scarfing this one down relatively soon after baking.
If you’re looking to make your pizza dip ahead of time, assemble all of the ingredients as you would before baking, and pop it in the freezer until the day you’re ready to bake!
When the day comes that you’ve got a hankering for pizza dip, just bake your dip in the oven for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown around the outsides of the dish.
Is pizza dip keto friendly?
This recipe for low carb pepperoni pizza dip sure is keto friendly! Using a no sugar added pizza sauce is key here, as this is where the majority of carbs come from in a traditional pizza dip recipe.
Traditional pizza sauces can be loaded with added sugars, causing unwanted spikes in blood sugar. A no sugar added pizza sauce will still have some natural sugars from the tomatoes, but no other forms of sugar are added to the sauce.
What do you eat with pizza dip?
To eat your cheesy, delicious pizza dip, take it out of the oven and serve it warm and gooey with your favorite dipping snacks. If you want to keep the entire dish keto, choose low carb dipping foods like zucchini, bell peppers, cauliflower, or low carb chips and crackers.
