Our Easy Creamy Caesar Salad Dressing will blow your mind! You’ll never buy store bought Casear dressing again!
This won’t last long in your house. You’ll be putting it on everything! We’re not even joking. So if you have a big family we suggest making a double batch!
When I was growing up, I was never a ranch girl. I was never really a pizza girl either…
My taste buds have always been different than most kids, and that’s not always a bad thing! One thing I’m so happy I never really liked was soda or carbonation!
And because of that, it’s probably why I’m still cavity free. Since I’ve been keto, I’m reaping even more dental benefits. If you don’t believe me, check out this Dentist who follows a keto diet and even created a podcast called the Ketodontist Podcast.
Now back to the Caesar dressing!
So, when all of the other kids were dipping their chicken tenders in ranch, I was that weird kid who would dip theirs in caesar. I would also get a house salad, but ask for caesar dressing instead, but with extra croutons.
Obviously this was all before my keto days LOL.

FAQs about our homemade Caesar salad dressing
Is Caesar dressing keto? Yes! Most store bought brands of Caesar salad dressings are very low in carbs and high in fat which makes them very keto friendly!
Even though you can buy Caesar salad dressing, we still prefer to make our own so we can have a higher quality fat source and it’s cheaper! BUT, if you want to purchase one, we think the best store bought caesar dressing is Primal Kitchen’s Caesar Salad Dressing.
Does caesar dressing have dairy? Our caesar dressing does contain dairy because it contains the fresh grated parmesan cheese. If you want to make this caesar dressing dairy-free, simply omit the cheese. The Primal Kitchen Caesar dressing we mentioned before is a great dairy free salad dressing option!
Is Caesar dressing gluten free? Our caesar dressing is gluten-free! Most high quality caesar dressings like the one from Primal Kitchen and Tessemae’s are gluten-free along with being dairy free.
Do all caesar dressings have anchovies? Nope! We opted to not put any anchovies in our caesar dressing. But if you want, you can easily put a little bit of anchovy paste in it to really make the flavor pop!
How long does homemade caesar dressing last? We say to consume the dressing within 3 days. But this is the easiest and best caesar salad dressing we’ve made so I doubt it’ll even last that long in your fridge.
What does caesar dressing taste like? Our homemade caesar salad dressing skips the anchovies so you won’t get any fishy taste. Instead you’ll really taste the creaminess of the mayo and cheese. You can even add fresh cracked pepper to give it a little spice if you want!
