Our Coconut Hazelnut Espresso Chocolate Keto Bark is just a snazzy keto chocolate bar, but it will totally impress all of your guests! It’s super easy to make and you can switch up the flavor profiles to please even the pickiest of eaters!
So I never really had dark chocolate bark growing up. I don’t know why, because it’s freaking delicious!
It’s probably a good thing because it’s super indulgent and I probably would have eaten all of the servings back in the day. I knew no self control.
Plus I wasn’t keto so I ate all the things. Lots of lunchables, canned spaghetti-o’s and raviolis. Typical lazy cooking sort of things.
Well this keto chocolate bark is on the healthier side.
It’s not packed full of carbs or sugar. It’s made with stevia sweetened chocolate, and it doesn’t have that bitter after taste either.
Our dark chocolate bark has a tiny bit of a tropical feel.
We’ve added unsweetened coconut, hazelnuts and just a tad bit of coffee grinds – yes coffee grinds, to really make the chocolate flavor pop.
We just wouldn’t recommend trying to eat this chocolate bark on a deserted island unless it’s winter or it’ll probably melt in your hands.
Now we’re not saying that’s a bad thing, but I hate to waste chocolate and I’d rather it go in my mouth LOL.

Hie much is one serving per your nutritional specs?
Lara says
Hi Kitty,
One serving is 1/6 of the recipe. Physical sizes vary depending on how thin you spread the bark out.
