This Keto Vanilla Milkshake Recipe uses just 3 ingredients to achieve thick and creamy milkshake perfection!
Spring is in full bloom, temps are heating up, and summer is right around the corner! Are you ready? A lot of us make it one of our goals to get healthy before summer. Maybe we want to tone up, or maybe we’re trying to lose a few pounds so we feel more confident. How are you doing with your health-related goals?
If you’ve been following a ketogenic diet for a while now, you’re probably already reaping the benefits, such as decreased appetite, increased energy, and improved mood (read more in our article on What is a Keto Diet?). But what helps you stay on track with your macros? (Side Note: If you don’t know how to calculate your macros, you may want to take a peek at our Keto Macro Calculator Review.)
One of the things we love most about following a ketogenic diet is that we never feel deprived! We find that we feel best fueling up on healthy fats along with a moderate amount of high-quality proteins, while limiting our carb intake and eliminating processed foods. (If you’re not sure what foods are ok to eat on keto, you might want to check out our Beginner Keto Grocery List Guide.)
However, like most people, we still get occasional cravings! Nowadays when cravings strike, we opt for keto-friendly choices, like this Keto Vanilla Milkshake Recipe, which is not only delicious, but is also on-point with macros!
Our secret ingredient in this milkshake is ZonePerfect’s new Keto Shakes, which are crafted with a precise macro blend of 75% fat, 20% protein, and 5% carbs. Their shakes are made with MCTs, real coconut, and organic stevia, and are free of gluten, soy, artificial flavors, and artificial sweeteners. And they come with a great taste guarantee – love the taste or get your money back! We have complete respect for a company and a product that’s willing to put their money where their mouth is like that.

How could this keto vanilla milkshake recipe possibly have 316 cal when a half a cup of heavy whipping cream alone has over 400 cal?
Lara says
It makes 2 servings 🙂
Judy says
It’s hard to wrap my head around the high calorie count… can this really work for losing weight
Lara says
Hi Judy,
A keto diet is very high in fat so meals and drinks tend to be higher in calories. Usually if you are on a keto diet and eating at a caloric deficit you will lose weight as long as you don’t have any chronic conditions that affect your metabolism.
