Types of Plans
Meal Plan (Weekly Meals)
Fresh n’ Lean has several different types of meal plans to choose from. We received the keto meal plans to review. Below are they types of meal plans they offer.
With the Keto meal plan, you have the option of choosing either 5 or 7 days of meals. You can choose between receiving all breakfast, all lunch, all dinners, or a a combination of 2 or 3.
The more meals you chose, the cheaper the price per meal is. For example if you opt to receive breakfast, lunch and dinner meals for 5 or 7 days the cost per meal is $11.42.
If you chose to receive just lunch and dinner meals for 5 days or breakfast and dinner meals for 5 days, it is $13.28 per meal.
The is an allergy/preference area where you can choose to exclude 3 ingredients from the meal plans. Example: shrimp, seafood, elk etc. There is also a free form box where you can type in your allergies.
After you choose your meals, you are able to add on snacks (smokey BBQ Almonds, garlic rosemary almonds, lemon chili almonds), cooked protein in bulk (16oz beef, 16/32oz salmon, 16/32oz chicken breast, 16oz turkey, 16oz ahi tuna, 16oz bison, 16oz steak, 16oz cod, 16oz basa, 16oz elk, 16oz shrimp, 16oz venison ), sides (4 cups mixed veggies, 4 cups cauliflower, 4 cups green bell peppers, 4 cups yellow squash), and accessories (portable heat bag for a 12V car outlet or a 110V wall outlet.
A La Carte (One-time order)
On the A La Carte option, note you must have a minimum order of $85. You can cheese from breakfasts, snacks, entrees, bulk proteins, bulk sides and accessories. They offer discounts for orders over a certain dollar amount.
On the entrees they state which are Paleo, Vegan, and Protein+. They note what kind of protein is used with meals like “cage free chicken breast” and “grass fed beef.”
They have nutrition facts for each meal. Just note, they do not mark which ones are keto on the A La Carte option so just double check on the macros to make sure you are choosing a keto meal.
For the side options, be sure to double check which ones are low carb vegetables with our keto shopping list.
Here are some of the Fresh n Lean meals we tried:
Why we love Fresh n’ Lean Keto Meals
A huge factor we love is the fact they they use organic locally sourced and seasonal produce along with high quality proteins. This really sets them apart from other keto meal delivery services.
In addition to that, we love that you can add on bulk protein and veggies. This is something that you really don’t see in the other meal delivery services. This is great because if you need more protein or veggies to hit your macros, you can easily do so with the bulk options. Plus they taste great!
Side note: Some of the packages did look a little watery, but when heated up they still tasted great. This is probably due to the fact that they don’t use any fillers or preservatives so the natural juices are flowing.
Please note everyone’s taste buds are a little different and use salt and pepper to taste.
With a price point of $11.42 per meal, it may seem a little high, but you are getting better quality ingredients compared to other keto meal delivery services out there. And it’s only marginally higher than other brands.
If you want to try their meals, we’d love it if you’d support our blog and purchase through our Fresh n’ Lean affiliate link where you can get $10 off your first order plus free delivery.
This would make a great keto gift to give to a friend or family member when they’re just starting a keto diet.

Just starting this new Keto Lifestyle. I’ve never had to diet before, but as I have started menopause weight has started coming on. I’ve had some physical injuries from working out and surgery, so it’s been hard to keep weight off. I appreciate you sharing your blog and helpful ideas and recipes. I also have a son who has Cerebral Palsy and reading about brain issues with children with epilepsy, I’m going to get him on the diet as well. He is 21 so has stopped growing. Looking forward to your blog and my new journey and the Keto lifestyle changes. Thank you for sharing your journey with me.
