Keto Friendly Starbucks Food – What We Order
If you’re just stumbling across this post, then you might not know that Faith and Lara are HUGE Starbucks fans! Every road trip we take always includes at least one or two trips to Starbucks. We’re going to show you how easy it is to find keto food at Starbucks!

Keto Food From the Cold Case at Starbucks
Let’s start with the cold case. At first glace, you see things like sandwiches and yogurt. You might not realize that there are actually a few really good low carb and keto options!
Here we see the typical cold case at Starbucks near the counter where you order your drinks and food. The first two things that immediately pop out to us are the cheese sticks and avocado spread (aka guacamole).
They also have a Cheese & Fruit box that you can get and eat the cheese and share the other items. It’s a tad bit of a waste unless you have a friend or family member you can give it too.
There is also an Eggs & Cheese box! You can eat the egg and cheese and omit the fruit.
Lara’s absolute favorite thing in the cold case is the Sopressata & Monterey Jack.
The salami is uncured and it has 0 carbs!
If you want make it complete, get the guacamole too and make little salami, cheese and guacamole bites – yum!
And if you want a little something sweet, look for fresh blueberries in the cold case (pictured in the top right of the photo below).
Healthy Snacks at Starbucks
Let’s move on to the pre-packaged foods. There are a few low carb and keto options to choose from.
Almonds are a great option. We love the dry roasted flavor of the Squirrel Brand available at Starbucks. With ingredients of only salt and almonds and 4g net carbs per serving, this is one of the best keto Starbucks foods!
Another great keto food at Starbucks is Moon Cheese! Cheesy, salty, crunchy, delicious.
And they contain JUST cheese – we love that! With only 1g carbs per serving, this is a real score and definitely one of the best keto foods at Starbucks!
Low Carb Hot Food at Starbucks
This looks familiar doesn’t it?! Yes, these Sous Vide Egg Bites are from our Hidden Carbs at Starbucks post. So why have we included them in this keto friendly Starbucks food post?
A question we get asked a lot is if Starbucks Sous Vide Egg Bites are keto friendly. Even though these egg bites aren’t as low in carbs as our Broccoli Cheddar Egg Muffins, they’re still relatively low in carbs compared to other food at Starbucks.
We find that we can usually easily fit the Starbucks Sous Vide Egg Bites into our daily macros and still stay keto.
Out of the two options pictured above, Bacon and Gruyere Sous Vide Egg Bites and Egg White and Red Pepper Sous Vide Egg Bites, the lower carb option is the Bacon and Gruyere. It has only 9g of net carbs, vs 12g net carbs.
Keto Drinks at Starbucks
