Today we’re sharing The Best Keto Friendly Starbucks Food to order. We’re navigating hot foods, the cold case and pre-packaged foods.
Keto Friendly Starbucks Food – What We Order
If you’re just stumbling across this post because of Google, then you might not know that Faith and I are HUGE Starbucks fans! Every road trip we take always includes at least 1 or 2 trips to Starbucks.
Here we see the typical cold case at Starbucks right by the counter where you’re going to order your drinks and food. The first 2 things at pop out right away to us are the cheese sticks and guacamole.
They also have a cheese and fruit box that you can get and just not eat the fruit. It’s a tad bit of a waste unless you have a friend or family member you can give it too.
You can also eat the turkey, cheese and a few carrots out of the smoked turkey box. There is also an egg and cheese box (not pictured) which you can eat the eat and cheese and omit the fruit.
Also in the cold case is this sopressata and Monterey jack cheese package (this is my favorite thing to get!). The salami is uncured and it has 0 carbs!
If you wanna make it complete, get the guac too and make little salami, cheese and guacamole bites!
Almonds are also another great option! With ingredients of only salt and almonds and 4g net carbs per serving, this makes for a great keto friendly Starbucks food!
This looks familiar doesn’t it?! Yes, these sous vide egg bites are from our Hidden Carbs at Starbucks post. So why have we included them in this keto friendly Starbucks food post?
Even though these egg bites aren’t as low in carbs as our Broccoli Cheddar Egg Muffins, they’re still relatively low in carbs compared to other food at Starbucks.
Out of the two options pictured above, Bacon and Gruyere Sous Vide Egg bites and Egg White and Red Pepper Sous Vide Egg bites, the better option is the Bacon and Gruyere. It has only 9g of net carbs, vs 12g net carbs.
Above is a typical keto friendly Starbuck Food haul that I’d order. Along with my Venti Iced Coffee with heavy whipping cream and sugar free cinnamon dulce syrup.
Faith and I typically meet up at a Starbucks when we need to get The Keto Queen work done. Since we live about an hour and 45 minutes a way we normally try to meet up at least once a month.
We either just do a day trip (like this) or we rent out an airbnb for 3-5 days and bust out a lot of recipes and videos. Since we’ve started creating cookbooks – we’ve really had to become more efficient with how we spend our time.
