When you’re short on time and cooking isn’t an option Diet-to-Go has you covered. Diet to Go is a keto meal delivery that has fully cooked keto and low carb meals that you can easily heat and eat.
We know you’re busy. We’re busy. And sometimes to be honest, we can be just a little bit lazy.
It’s nice to have the ability to just warm up a delicious keto meal and not have to worry about prep, cooking and cleanup.
For example this week I didn’t really have time to cook because I was too busy finishing up loose ends at work before I head out to Cleveland for the PWBA Cleveland Pro (aka I’m a nerd and am bowling in a women’s professional tournament! It’ll be my first!).
After that I’ll be flying directly to Salt Lake City for the Everything Food Conference and then I’ll be camping in the Grand Canyon and Moab. Needless to say I was stressing about being away from home for 2 weeks.
I managed to pack all of my clothes into my Hammer tournament backpack and purse. Both of these were packed to the max and about to explode but I made it to the airport and past security okay.
If you don’t have TSA pre-check and are a frequent flyer, I highly suggest getting that or global entry. It will save you so much time in security. I’m currently writing this post from the terminal so fingers crossed that my backpack is small enough and doesn’t have to get checked LOL.
So back to the food since that’s what you’re here for!
It was so nice the last few days being able to warm up a diet to go meal before having to go to league. Since I was running late like normal I didn’t have to worry about cleanup either.
Monday night was a great night at league too! I bowled a 300 the second game 🙂
Let’s get on to our diet to go review and what our diet to go menu was.
