fresh blackberries
smashed with a fork or muddled
2
shots
bourbon
1 1/2
cups
sparkling water
1
cup
crushed ice
2
wedges
lime
2
sprigs
mint
Instructions
Shake together the blackberries and bourbon and pour into 2 glasses.
Dive the water and ice between each glass, and give each a light stir.
Squeeze fresh lime into each and garnish with fresh mint.
Serve.
Notes
If you don't like bourbon you can easily substitute for vodka or any other low carb liquor
Fresh mint really makes this low carb cocktail pop! Don't skip it :)
