Ingredients

  • 1 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 10 drops stevia extract

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a glass mason jar, cover the jar, and refrigerate 8 hours.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

  • Store the pickled onions in a glass jar with a tight sealing lid such as a mason jar. This will make them last for up to 2 weeks!
  • Recipe yields ~1 cup. 1 Tablespoon per serving.
