2/3 cup unsweetened coconut milk canned and full fat 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon lemon zest 1 pinch sea salt 10 drops stevia extract 1 cup kale chopped 1/4 avocado 3 sprigs parsley fresh 1 sprig mint fresh 1 cup ice cubes
Add the coconut milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, stevia, kale, avocado, parsley, and
mint to a blender and process until smooth.
Add the ice cubes and pulse until thick and creamy, tamping down as necessary.
Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
