  • 6 tablespoons creamy unsweetened peanut butter the thick kind, not the super runny stuff
  • 4 tablespoons Quest Salted Caramel Protein Powder
  • 6 tablespoons sugar-free mini chocolate chips


  1. Stir together the peanut butter and protein powder. Refrigerate to chill (about 15 minutes).

  2. Roll the mixture into 8 balls and roll each ball in mini chocolate chips to coat.

  3. Store the bites covered in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
