Chuck roast S&P Avocado oil Worcestershire sauce Garlic Water or beef stock

Pat the meat dry. Season on both sides with S&P. Turn the Instant Pot on to the “Sauté” function. Wait 2 minutes for it to heat up, and then add the oil and the chuck roast. Sear on the 1st side, and then flip it and sear on the 2nd side.
Add the Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and water (or beef stock). Secure the lid. Turn the pot on to Manual, High Pressure for 60 minutes, and then let it do a natural pressure release.
Shred the beef with 2 forks, and then transfer it to a serving platter. Sprinkle the parsley on top and serve.
