  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly
  • 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • 12 ounces sharp white cheddar, shredded

  • 3/4 cup no-sugar-added marinara
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella

Garlic Butter Dip (Optional):

  • 4 tablespoons salted butter melted
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 clove garlic, crushed

  • Preheat the oven to 400F.
  • Add the almond flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper to a bowl, and whisk to combine. Add the eggs, butter, and cream, and mix again to combine. Stir in the shredded cheddar.
  • Spread the dough out evenly onto a nonstick 9 by 13-inch pan. Bake until the crust is puffed and golden along the outside, about 20 minutes.
  • Spread the marinara sauce on top, leaving about a 1/4-inch border all around. Sprinkle the mozzarella evenly on top. Return to the oven and cook until the cheese is melted, about 8 minutes. After this, if you want to brown the top, broil for a couple minutes (stay with it, broiling can go fast!).
  • For the optional garlic butter dip, stir together the melted butter and garlic powder in a small bowl.
  • Serve the pizza hot along with the garlic butter for dipping.

  • Toppings: You can use any toppings you like!
  • Pan Size: You will need a 9 by 13-inch nonstick pan to make this pizza. You can either use a baking tray (with low or no sides) or a casserole dish. If you go with a baking tray, leave a little border around the outside so the toppings don’t spill over.
  • Storage and Reheating: Once the pizza is cool, you can store it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. You can reheat it in a 350F oven or air fryer until warm.
