Baked Crack Chicken

Baked crack chicken is a delicous recipe that can be eat with different sides or it can be eaten cold as a dip.

  • Preheat overn to 400F
  • Drizzle the oil in the bottom of a 9 by 13-inch casserole dish
  • Lay the chicken across the bottom of the dish. Top with the water, vinegar, chives, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and salt
  • Cover the dish with foil and bake 20 minutes
  • Remove the dish from the oven and top with the cream cheese, half of the cheddar, and half of the bacon
  • Cover the dish with foil again and bake for 15 minutes more
  • Remove the dish from the oven and use 2 forks to shred the chicken
  • Top with the rest of the cheddar and bacon, and the scallion. Broil a couple minutes to melt the cheese
