  • 1/4 cup fresh blackberries smashed with a fork or muddled
  • 2 shots bourbon
  • 1 1/2 cups sparkling water
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 2 wedges lime
  • 2 sprigs mint


  • Shake together the blackberries and bourbon and pour into 2 glasses.
  • Dive the water and ice between each glass, and give each a light stir.
  • Squeeze fresh lime into each and garnish with fresh mint.
  • Serve.


  • If you don't like bourbon you can easily substitute for vodka or any other low carb liquor
  • Fresh mint really makes this low carb cocktail pop! Don't skip it :)
