Keto Simple Syrup
Our keto simple syrup recipe just made low carb cocktails a lot more fun! This sugar free simple syrup tastes great in whiskey sours, old fashions, lemon drops and many more!
Add all ingredients to a medium saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, and then cook 2
minutes. Swirl the pot to help the sweetener dissolve, but don’t stir.
Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
Store in a covered glass jar in the fridge for up to 1 week.
- Do not use straight granulated erythritol for this sugar free simple syrup recipe.
- Recipe makes 1 1/2 cups (or 24 tablespoons) of keto simple syrup.
- Typically cocktail recipes will use simple syrup in ounces. 1oz = 2 tablespoons.
- Please note the carbohydrates in this recipe all come from sugar alcohols. This is a 0g net carb keto syrup.
