Bacon Croutons - Keto Croutons

Add the bacon grease to a cast iron skillet over medium heat.
Once hot, add the bread cubes and all remaining ingredients. Gently stir to coat.
Cook until the bread is golden and crispy, about 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cool, and use any way you’d use croutons.
- 1 slice of keto bread equals 1/2 cup of cubed bread.
- Switch up the flavor profile by adding different spices! Smoked paprika is delicious.
- If you don’t eat pork, you can use beef bacon grease like Faith does for this recipe! Or you could use olive oil for a vegetarian version.
- Store keto croutons in a glass jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
