Traditional Sangria is a Spanish drink that usually contains red wine, chopped fruit, and
brandy. This fruity drink mimics the flavors with much fewer carbs and no alcohol so it’s great
for the whole family. It tastes like fruit punch!
If you want to make this an adult boozy drink, add some brandy or rum and some dry red wine. We recommend using a dry red, such as a cabernet sauvignon, pinot noir, or merlot. If you decide to use a sweet white wine, you can also dilute it with water to lower the carbs.
