Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup unsweetened coconut milk canned and full fat
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 10 drops stevia extract
  • 1 cup kale chopped
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 3 sprigs parsley fresh
  • 1 sprig mint fresh
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  • Add the coconut milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, stevia, kale, avocado, parsley, and
  • mint to a blender and process until smooth.
  • Add the ice cubes and pulse until thick and creamy, tamping down as necessary.
  • Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
