Ingredients

shredded beef
cooked shredded chuck roast

sugar free BBQ sauce

black pepper

scallion
green and white parts, thinly sliced, for garnish

tablespoon
minced red onion
for garnish
Instructions
Add all ingredients except garnishes to a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook until warm
throughout, about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Serve with the scallion and red onion sprinkled on top.
