Our Keto Pina Colada is a delicious low carb drink that is great for any occasion, not just Summer! With notes of pineapple and coconut, it's a tropical drink without the carbs!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fresh pineapple chopped
  • 2/3 cup coconut milk canned unsweetened full-fat
  • 1 teaspoon flaxseed milled golden
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon coconut extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 6 drops liquid stevia
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  • Add the pineapple, coconut milk, milled golden flaxseed, vanilla extract, coconut extract,
  • salt, and stevia to a blender and process until smooth.
  • Add the ice cubes and pulse until thick and creamy, tamping down as necessary.
  • Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

Make sure you chose full fat coconut milk instead of light coconut milk
Make sure to choose unsweetened coconut milk and not sweetened
