  • Turn pressure cooker on, press “Sauté”, and wait 2 minutes for the pot to heat up. Add the butter and once melted, add the garlic. Cook 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Press “Cancel” to stop sautéing.
  • Add all remaining ingredients to the pot. Turn the pot on Manual, High Pressure for 1 minute and then do a quick release.
  • Mash the broccoli with a potato masher, or use an immersion blender if you like it smoother. Taste and add additional salt and pepper if desired.
  • Serve.
