Sparkling Blackberry Bourbon Smash

- 1/4 cup fresh blackberries smashed with a fork or muddled
- 2 shots bourbon
- 1 1/2 cups sparkling water
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 2 wedges lime
- 2 sprigs mint
Shake together the blackberries and bourbon and pour into 2 glasses.
Dive the water and ice between each glass, and give each a light stir.
Squeeze fresh lime into each and garnish with fresh mint.
- If you don't like bourbon you can easily substitute for vodka or any other low carb liquor
- Fresh mint really makes this low carb cocktail pop! Don't skip it :)
