Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons no-sugar-added pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 oz pepperoni
  • 1 tablespoon minced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon minced green bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon banana peppers

Instructions

  • Spread the pizza sauce in the bottom of a gratin dish.
  • Top with all but 2 tablespoons of the cheese.
  • Add the pepperoni, onion, bell pepper, banana pepper, and remaining 2 tablespoonscheese.
  • Bake until the cheese is melted, bubbling, and turning golden along the outside, about 15 minutes.
  • Serve warm.
