Low Carb Blackberry Mojito Recipe
This non-alcoholic low carb blueberry mojito recipe is a refreshing way to cool down in the heat. Fresh blueberries and sprigs of lime are the stars of this mocktail. This single serve drink is made in less than 5 minutes!
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 12 drops liquid stevia
- 3/4 cup sparkling water
- 1 sprig mint
- 1/4 cup blackberries
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
