  • Preheat the oven to 325F; line a large baking tray with parchment paper and spray the top of the parchment with coconut oil spray.
  • Toss together the almonds, pecans, coconut flakes, vanilla, stevia, and salt in a large bowl.
  • Spread out on the prepared baking sheet and bake until golden, about 15 minutes.
  • Cool completely and then stir in the chocolate chips.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
