Blackberry Lemon Chia Pudding
Stir together the water, chia seeds, vanilla, lemon zest, stevia, and salt in a medium bowl.
Refrigerate until gelled, about 2 hours.
Divide the pudding into 2 individual glasses and top with the blackberries.
Serve, or store covered in the fridge for up to 3 days.
