Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain unsweetened almond milk heated to simmering
  • 1 tablespoon grass-fed clarified butter ghee
  • 1 tablespoon organic unrefined coconut oil or MCT oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 1g packet stevia/erythritol blend
  • 20 grams Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides 2 scoops
