Ingredients

  • 1 serving Keto Chow Salted Caramel Ultra-Low Carbohydrate Meal Replacement Shake Mix (1.63 oz/46.24g)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup organic heavy whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks
  • 2 Chocoperfection Dark European Chocolate mini bars (about 2 tablespoons), chopped

Instructions

  1. Stir together the shake mix and water until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream.
  2. Put it in the freezer for 30 to 45 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes or so.
  3. Top with the chocolate and enjoy.
