Low Carb Keto Creamy Crab Salad is a chilled crab-based salad with a creamy, flavorful dressing.
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ½ small onion, finely diced
  • 2 large cloves garlic, crushed
  • 4 oz (120 g) cream cheese, at room temperature
  • ½ cup (120 ml) sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons mayo
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 scallion, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill or 1½ teaspoons fresh dill
  • ¾ teaspoon Old Bay Spice Mix
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 oz (240 g) lump crab meat
  • 2 large stalks celery, thinly sliced
  1. Add the butter to a small skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the onion and cook until softened, but not browned, about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the garlic and cook 1 minute more, stirring constantly.
  2. Add the onion mixture to a large bowl and stir in the cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, parsley, scallion, lemon juice, dill, Old Bay, and Worcestershire. Stir in the crab and celery.
  3. Serve chilled.
